The Barns

Our two broodmare barns are masonry construction throughout with a window for ventilation in each stall. When constructed, the barns were elevated and careful consideration was given to positioning the barns so they receive the optimum breeze throughout the summer. Large oak trees surround each barn on all sides to provide shade and help keep comfortable temperatures inside even on the hottest summer day. The broodmare barns provide a total of 38 - 12x12 stalls, each with their own window. Anti-cast strips are part of the construction in each stall as well.

The sales prep barn has 20 stalls located near the small paddocks used for turnout in the evenings. It is also an easy walk to the Kraft Brothers, track shaped walker.
